1. Please take your shoes off in the house.
2. The kitchen will need to be left clean upon check out. There will be up to a $100 cleaning fee assessed for a dirty kitchen.
3. We are a 420 friendly home, however, we would appreciate joints being smoked by the kitchen hood or near an open window to avoid lingering smells.
4. Tobacco must be smoked outside. If Tobacco is smoked inside there will be a $250 cleaning fee.
5. This booking is not for the entire building. Parts of the building will be locked off, and marked private. Guests are not allowed to enter these areas.
The owners will have access to the locked off parts of the building during bookings. They will never enter the rented portion of the home, uninvited, during a booking.
6. The property is multiple acres and there may be others on the premises, in their RV or van, during bookings.
7. Due to ongoing wildfire concerns, summer guests will not be allowed to use the fireplace, wood burning stove, or the outdoor fire pit.
8. Pets- We do have a $10 per night fee, per pet and have limited the maximum to 2 pets per booking. We do not discriminate based on breed or size.
- Pets must be kept under control at all times.
- Pets must be crated when left alone.
- Owners must pick up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
- House linens may not be used for pets - this includes towels and bedding.
You must bring your own towels and bedding for your pet.
- Pets are not allowed in or on the beds nor are they allowed on the
furniture.
9. Guests take full financial responsibility for any damages that may occur during their stay, including, but not limited to:
- Stains on carpets from pets = $50
- Pet hair on furniture or beds = $25 each occurrence
- Damaged towels = $10 per towel
- Damaged linens = $50 per linen queen set, $70 per king set
- Damaged comforters or quilts = $60 per queen, $80 per king.
- Damaged items, floors, exteriors, or interiors = Cost of replacement and
time involved
